We build intelligence
for India's CAs.
Econicial Intelligence is a Bengaluru-based fintech company on a mission to give India's 3.3 lakh Chartered Accountants the intelligent tools they have always deserved — not form-fillers, not calculators, but genuine practice intelligence.
Builder of Shrixa — India's first AI-native compliance intelligence platform for Chartered Accountants. Detecting risks before the IT department. Finance Act cited, not guessed.
Why we exist.
"India's CAs manage ₹200 lakh crore in client assets. Every single practice runs on Excel and 20-year-old desktop software. That ends now."
We started Econicial Intelligence after spending time with CA practices across India and seeing the same problem everywhere — brilliant professionals buried in manual TDS calculations, missed compliance deadlines, and zero early warning on regulatory changes. The tools available were built for the 1990s.
Shrixa is our answer. AI-native from the first line of code, built specifically for the Income Tax Act 2025, and designed to run an entire CA practice from a single screen. Not a form-filler. Not a calculator. Intelligence.
CAs discover TDS misclassifications after IT notices arrive. Penalties, interest, client trust — all damaged.
Anomaly Guard detects misclassifications before filing. Risks flagged, cited, and resolved inside the platform.
Finance Act changes require manual reading of 400-page documents. Most CAs miss critical updates for weeks.
Daily Regulatory Pulse surfaces every relevant change with exposure amounts, affected clients, and cited authority.
The people
building it.
Building Shrixa from Bengaluru — TDS and Tax Intelligence for India's Chartered Accountants. Identified the gap in CA tooling firsthand and set out to build the platform that India's 3.3 lakh CAs have always needed. Product, strategy, and the full-stack vision behind Econicial Intelligence.
Backend architecture lead at Econicial Intelligence, based in Bengaluru. Brings deep expertise in Java and Spring ecosystem to the infrastructure powering Shrixa. Responsible for the reliability, performance, and security of the platform that India's CA practices will depend on daily.
Responsible for Shrixa's AI layer — Claude Sonnet/Haiku routing, Finance Act RAG pipeline, prompt caching, and the Anomaly Guard engine.
Builds Shrixa's Flutter frontend across Android, iOS, and Web. Owns the TDS workspace UI, Income Tax Lab, and the dark-native design system.
Domain authority ensuring every TDS calculation, section reference, and compliance rule in Shrixa is accurate, cited, and legally defensible.
How we build.
Every AI output in Shrixa references the exact section of the Income Tax Act or Finance Act. No hallucinations. No generic advice. Verifiable, defensible, citable.
We didn't build a form-filler. We built a system that detects risks before they become notices, spots anomalies before filing, and helps CAs stay ahead of every client problem.
All financial data stays within Indian borders. AWS ap-south-1, DPDP Act 2023 compliant by architecture. We never train on client data. Your client's P&L is not our training set.
The IT Act 2025 window is real. ClearTax, KDK, and TDSMAN are scrambling to migrate legacy code. Shrixa was built for the new Act from day one. Speed with correctness is the only standard.
Built in Bengaluru,
for all of India.
Econicial Intelligence operates from Bengaluru, Karnataka — India's technology capital. Our infrastructure runs in AWS Mumbai (ap-south-1), keeping all data within Indian borders. We build for every CA practice in India, from solo practitioners to 10-partner firms.
